**Is Imbue Health legit?**
Yes. **How does Imbue Health work?**

**Does Imbue take insurance?**
No — Imbue is cash-pay by design: no insurance paperwork, no prior authorizations, no coverage denials. That is how the membership stays at a flat $29/month.

**What BMI do I need to qualify?**
Generally BMI ≥30, or BMI ≥25 with a weight-related condition (FDA labels list ≥27 with comorbidity; prescribing at 25–26.9 is at provider discretion). Adults 18+ only.

**Will I be charged if I am not prescribed?**
No. If the physician determines GLP-1 medication is not appropriate for you, you are not charged the membership fee.
