## Two costs, separated

Imbue Health is a **cash-pay program**. We do not accept or bill insurance. Your total monthly cost has two components, billed separately:

Most direct-to-consumer GLP-1 telehealth providers bundle medication into a single inflated monthly fee. That model hides what you're paying for physician care versus the drug itself — and forces you to either pay full retail or stop both the medication and the care.

Imbue Health separates the two:

- Your **$29 membership covers physician care indefinitely** — whether you're on medication or not, whether you switch medications, whether you pause. The price doesn't change.
- Your **medication is purchased directly from NovoCare or LillyDirect** at the manufacturer's published cash-pay rate. We don't mark it up. We don't bundle it. You see exactly what each component costs.

## What's NOT included

- **Insurance billing.** We do not bill insurance for the membership or for medications.
- **Long-term contracts.** No 3-month minimum, no 12-month prepay. Cancel anytime.

- Adults 18+ in all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
- BMI ≥30, **or** BMI ≥25 with at least one weight-related condition (hypertension, type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia, sleep apnea, cardiovascular disease).
- No personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2 syndrome.

## Refund policy

**Refund if not prescribed.** If our licensed provider determines that GLP-1 medication isn't appropriate for your health profile, you won't be charged the $29/month membership fee. You're never locked in or charged before a prescribing decision is made.

For ongoing patients, cancel anytime from your account portal or by emailing **support@tryimbue.com** — billing stops at the end of your current month, with no penalty. Past months are non-refundable.

## FAQ

**Why is the membership so much cheaper than other telehealth providers?**
We unbundle. Most competitors bundle medication into their monthly fee and inflate the total. Imbue Health charges only for physician care ($29) and lets you buy medication direct from the manufacturer at their cash-pay rate.

**Will the $29/month ever go up?**
Not for existing members. The $29 rate is locked. We're transparent about pricing because we earn membership month-by-month.

**Do you accept insurance?**
No. Imbue Health is a cash-pay service — we do not accept or bill insurance for the membership or for medications. All medication is shipped directly from NovoCare or LillyDirect at the manufacturer's published cash-pay rate.

**Are there any hidden fees?**
No. You pay $29/mo for the membership and the listed price for your medication. No enrollment fees, no cancellation penalties, no surprise charges.
