Patient Screening & Eligibility
Every patient completes a comprehensive health assessment covering medical history, current medications, allergies, and weight loss goals. Our physicians evaluate:
- BMI eligibility: BMI ≥30, or BMI ≥25 with weight-related comorbidities (BMI 25–26.9 is below FDA label and prescribed at provider discretion; BMI under 25 may be considered in cases of abnormal weight gain at provider discretion)
- Contraindication screening: personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or MEN 2
- Drug interaction review: current medications including insulin, sulfonylureas, and oral contraceptives
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding status
- History of pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, or kidney impairment
- Mental health history including eating disorders
If GLP-1 medication isn't appropriate, you won't be charged for the membership.

- Start at the lowest available dose for 4 weeks
- Gradual dose increases at prescribed intervals
- Physician check-in at every dosage change
- Side effect monitoring with proactive management
- Dosage adjustment or medication switching if needed
- Refill coordination through manufacturer programs
- Unlimited provider messaging between check-ins

- Signs of thyroid tumors (neck lump, hoarseness, difficulty swallowing)
