Who qualifies for a GLP-1 prescription
Treatment is available for adults with a BMI of 30 or higher, or 25+ with at least one weight-related condition (hypertension, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, or cardiovascular disease). BMI 25–26.9 is below the FDA label and is prescribed at physician discretion.
