The cheapest GLP-1 membership in 2026: every major telehealth fee, compared

Every GLP-1 weight-loss program online has two costs, not one — and most only show you one of them. Here's how to see both, and compare any program in four steps. Some programs quote one low "starting at" number that already includes the drug — often a compounded version. Others quote a membership fee and leave medication off to the side. You can't compare a bundled price against a membership-only fee, so normalize every program the same way: membership fee, with medication held separate. That's the lens for the next four points. Point one — for every program, separate the two costs. Two: compounded medication from a compounding pharmacy, usually folded into one bundled price. Oral GLP-1 from $149, about $178 all-in. Wegovy injection from $199, about $228. Zepbound from $299, about $328. The numbers matter less than the principle: you can see both halves. When a program won't show you both, that's your signal. Point four — read cancellation terms before you enroll, not after. Three questions. Is it month-to-month, or locked into a minimum? Is the price you see the price that holds, or an intro rate that jumps after a few months? And can you cancel without a fee or a phone-tree runaround? Introductory pricing is everywhere here, and it moves constantly — the price you sign up at isn't always the price you keep. Most of this gets easier with a cost calculator. A good one does what this checklist does: pick your medication and it shows membership and medication as separate lines, then the all-in total. If a calculator shows only one blended number with no breakdown, that's the bundling trap again — go find the two real numbers underneath. Four questions to screenshot and bring to any program. One: is the membership fee separate from medication? Two: is it brand-name from the manufacturer's pharmacy, or compounded and bundled? Three: what's my real all-in total for my medication? Four: is it month-to-month, and how do I cancel? Answer all four plainly, and a program is being transparent. Dodge one, and that told you something too.
