How to get Zepbound® without insurance
Most insurance plans either deny coverage for Zepbound® outright or require prior authorisation that delays treatment by weeks. Imbue Health is built for patients who want to skip the insurance maze.
Your Imbue physician writes the prescription directly to LillyDirect, the manufacturer's pharmacy program. LillyDirect ships Zepbound® at $299/month — a fixed, published cash-pay rate set by Eli Lilly. Imbue's flat $29/month membership covers your physician evaluation and ongoing care.
Total monthly cost: $328/month. No insurance, no prior authorisation, no surprise pricing.
